1) The Son of God became the Son of Man

2) and gave his life in satisfaction for our guilt

3) so that we can look at God the Son and say, “Brother!”

4) and he can lead us to God his Father, whom, in the Spirit, we can now call “Father!”

5) and we can look in the mirror and at each other, and see a daughter or son of God.

That’s the five-fingered catechism at Assumption BVM Parish. We celebrate and share the faith with each other and with our neighbors. In a very special way, Assumption shares the Good News with detainees in the jails of Cook and Lake Counties, their family, and their friends. 1) El Hijo de Dios se hizo Hijo del Hombre

Este es el catecismo de cinco dedos aquí en la parroquia de la Asunción. Celebramos y compartimos la fe entre nosotros y con nuestros vecinos.
